:
(1) According to sub-section (1) and (1A) of section 13 of the Act, the land reform officer shall publish the notice in the format as per schedule-6 and shall publish the notice at the office of the district development committee and other local key places. .
(2) After the publication of the notice as per sub-rule (1), the form of Fatwari to be filed by the landlord or Mohi or anyone else on his behalf shall be as per Schedule-7. When filing such a invoice, two copies of the invoice must be kept and filed within the deadline of the Act.
(3) According to sub-rule (2), the person who has the duty to submit the invoice shall submit such invoice to the land reform office subject to sub-section (1a) of section 13 of the Act.
